As I was photographing "Blissful Cyclades", I turned and saw this combination of man and God made creations, so I tried my best to capture it with my lens. I find the combination of human creations and Divine creations very interesting, and it helps us see how small we are, and how ungrateful we can be at times by destroying these beautiful Divine creations. The island on the horizon is called Serifos, a small island in West Cyclades. The photograph was taken from Sifnos a neighboring island, and to be exact the location is at the northenmost area of the island next to the beautiful church of Agios Georgios (Saint George)
This is a fishing village called "Cheronissos". It is the northern village of Cycladic island Sifnos. The village offers great sunsets, especially if you are in the Agios Georgios (Saint George) church which is located just outside the village, seen on top of the hill. You can also find idyllic views to neighboring island Serifos, the blue of the Aegean sea, or the mountainous surrounding area.
