I don't often post photos of things I eat but I made this for dinner tonight and it was really good (and easy, and easy is always good). Harissa Spiced Cauliflower Steaks
I slept slightly better last night, once I'd got the paroxysms of coughing out of the way! A hot day, with a cooler, more windy evening today - very pleasant, really. I did some gardening after a leisurely breakfast, and was pleased to have time to tackle the lilac suckers which had got a good hold around the tree.
After lunch, I wandered around the back of the house, to visit the sheep which are bleating away nineteen to the dozen at the moment. It sounds really loud in our garden, as the sound bounces off our neighbours' house wall! I'm expecting the fields around here to be harvested very soon - lovely to see the wheat in the meantime.
I went into Ciren to do the shopping, as usual on a Friday. I'm missing going swimming. It's been four weeks that I've missed now. Hopefully, I'll get back to it before too long.
