Went for a new years eve walk around poundbury! It stayed frosty most of the morning!
The REX cinema was closed (sad) but I got to show Hal the Muppets Christmas Carol for the first time anyway with a home viewing!
Then we watched Come From Away and GHD before fizzing some sparklers at about 10pm and giving up and going to bed XD
Definitely woke up at midnight tho XD fireworks went off for quite a while!
My neighbor's festive lights brightened a wet night.

View from the Bolsa Chica State Beach, near Huntington Beach, California. Catalina Island is barely visible through the haze, as are some ships, mostly cargo ships waiting to enter the harbor. Also one oil drilling platform, which is active and still pumping oil.
