Spring has well and truly sprung, and where else has it done moreso than the woodlands of Wymersley Road? Which is totally not a cover for how mediocre this photo turned out, I don't know what is. Ugh, should've got the polariser out. But hey, it is my first trip up this end to shoot photos of buses for nearly four years now, and boy, how things have changed on the bus side. The 33 that used to run down here? Withdrawn and merged into an extended 56. The old Volvos that used to run down here, of which I caught one back in summer 2020? They're mostly gone, too. Crucially, though, things don't change except for the leaves on the trees here. Its still a pretty spot come the springtime, and I'm sure it'll be even better come the autumn. Just be prepared and pack a polarising filter.
The final photo from this batch of uploads, East Yorkshire's 906, a 2011 ADL Enviro400H since converted to diesel power, comes down Wymersley Road at the tail end of a 56 to, rather misleadingly, Wold Road.
