Another day touring an island surrounded by the beautiful Caribbean Sea. In fact, it's where the Caribbean Sea meets the Atlantic Ocean. Christopher Columbus was the first European to visit in 1493. Saint Kitts was under British control for centuries and obtained their independence in 1983. Nevis is the large hazy island in the distance. Their economy is very dependent on tourism, which is the case with all of the West Indies islands. Combined population is ~48,000.

Simple concept - choose your seafood and method of prep (in this case blackened mahi mahi) then go take your sides from the buffet - local specialties typical of Caribbean fare - rice and peas, corn pie, vegetables etc
