Used to be one af the more chaotic squares in Amsterdam with additional honours of a busstop island somewhat in the middle. This stop used to be serviced by tramline 12 up to 19 Jan 55. In 19669, when this photo was taken the tram tracks were still in situ. (c)Henk Graalman 7407 (1969)
