...a nord dell'attuale Edificio sorgeva in mezzo ad un fitto Bosco un piccolo Mulino ad acqua alimentato dalla Roggia Cistigna ed adibito principalmente alla Pilatura dell'Orzo .

Esso veniva appellato come " Mulino Gandini " e successivamente il popolino lo chiamo' più semplicemente " Mulino del Bosco " o " Mulino Bruciato " !

Quando la Struttura termino' di operare intorno alla meta' dell'Ottocento , il nome di Mulino del Bosco passo' al presente Manufatto in attività e che era quello del Castello di Strassoldo ( o Mulino del Torat ) .

Tutt'ora il Mulino e' privato

Unfortunately I don't remember exactly where this was taken, but I believe it was along the Utah / Colorado border.

The river Alblas is a small river in the Dutch province Zuid-Holland.
Bleskensgraaf is really called Bleskensgraaf and Hofwegen. They were combined in 1855. The village forms part of the municipality of Molenwaard. Apart from a number of old farms and a flourmill, Bleskensgraaf does not have many monuments.

The village lies in the middle of the polder landscape of the Alblasserwaard, on the small bog river Alblas. There is the Natuurpad [Nature trail] Bleskensgraaf, which also passes along the hamlet of De Donk, which lies on a seven-metre high hill. A ‘donk’ is a type of sand dune which originated in the ice age. Some protrude above the peat and clay ground.

Orion, Canis Major, Taurus and the Winter constellations are seen in this star trail image made of twenty 143 twenty second exposures. The photos were taken with a Canon R6M2 and a Canon 17-40 mm f/4L lens. (ISO 800, 17 mm)
