one of the most famous food of nanjing - 鴨血粉絲湯
nanjing is famous for it's sauteed duck and thus, a lot of duck related food/dish, e.g. grill duck dumpling, grilled duck neck, gizzard, and all internal organs of duck.
this soup contains duck blood, liver, intestine, gizzard, "fried tofu", and spring noodle. if you wanna check it out in nanjing, be careful, some stores make the soup base pretty oily (some don't) better peak at people's dish before you order. =)
