Loading up for Mexborough, 146 (X146AWA), a Volvo B6BLE with East Lancs Spryte, B39F, body, had entered service in September, 2000.

YORKSHIRE TRACTION
Heading out of the Northern Bus Station, on its way to Barnsley is, 204 (3141 HE), a Scania K112CRB with East Lancs Flyte, B53F, body.
It had been new in July, 1987, as D85 ALX to British Airways with an East Lancs body, and used airside at Heathrow Airport.
After use by BA, it was rebuilt to PSV standard ( B51F ) by Willowbrook, and sold to Yorkshire Terrier in July, 1992. It was transferred to Yorkshire Traction, in May, 1997, and had this new East Lancs body fitted, in April, 1998.
ANDREWS SHEFFIELD OMNIBUS, ECCLESFIELD
2505 (XRF 26S), is a Leyland Atlantean AN68A/1R with East Lancs Sprint, B47F, body.
It was new in May, 1978, to East Staffordshire District Council, with an East Lancs, H43/32F, body. It was acquired as such, from Liverline, Liverpool, by Sheffield Omnibus by July, 1992.
It was rebodied with this single deck one, in December, 1993.
An old photograph taken by H. Fisher, of Aldershot & District Traction Company Ltd. half cab bus, carrying fleet number 360 at Guildford bus station in Oct 1959.
This is in a transport enthusiast (H. Fisher) old photo album, next to the photo is written "A new Aldershot and District lowbridge double-decker at Guildford bus station. No. 360 with bodywork by East Lancs is pictured here. 26/10/59."
No 360 - reg SOU 468, new to Aldershot in Jun 1958, chassis Dennis Loline, body East Lancs., seating H37/31RD. It was withdrawn in 1971 but I have no fleet list to see if it was scrapped on sold on.

ANDREWS SHEFFIELD OMNIBUS, ECCLESFIELD
Caught on Mill Road, in its home town, is 1714 (SDA749S), a Leyland Fleetline FE30AGR with East Lancs, H43/33F, body, that had been new to West Midlands PTE, in November, 1977.
It was acquired by Andrews as a non PSV, from Kettle Produce, Kingskettle, Fife, in February, 1992.
When it entered service with Andrews, it was named 'Dennis the Menace' !
ANDREWS SHEFFIELD OMNIBUS
Seen at the top of Brook Hill, is 2501 (IIL 2501), a Leyland Atlantean AN68A/1R with East Lancs Sprint, B47F, body.
It was new to Greater Manchester PTE, in July, 1976, with a Northern Counties double deck body, as LJA645P.
It passed from GMPTE to Hyndburn Transport, and they sold it to Sheffield Omnibus, who operated it in Hyndburn's livery for quite a while.
It was then fitted with this new single deck body, in July, 1992, gaining the Northern Ireland reg, at the same time.
An old photograph taken by H. Fisher, of Aldershot & District Traction Company Ltd. half cab bus, carrying fleet number 139 (D744 pre 1951) at Guildford station in late 1959. The destination boxes show '29 - Woking Station'.
This is in a transport enthusiast (H. Fisher) old photo album, next to the photo is written "An older Aldershot and District double-decker no. 139. A Dennis Lance lowbridge bus at Guildford on route 29".
There is no date, but other photos around it were taken in late 1959.
No 139 (D744 pre 1951) - reg GOU 839, new to Aldershot in 1950, chassis Dennis Lance 3, body East Lancs., seating L25/26R. It was withdrawn in 1962 but I have no fleet list to see if it was scrapped on sold on.

Scania N94UD - East Lancs H78F
New to Blue Triangle Buses , London ( SO3 ) during December-2005 . Passing to this Operator in April-2016 .
Unusually for a "week-day" Stephensons have rostered Double Deck Vehicles on to the 301 today ! BV55UCW is inbound to Bishops Stortford during the afternoon , Monday 09th-June-2025 .
The bus is deliberately in the lower part of the frame , as I wanted to include the Tower of All Saints Church in the shot .
