Two's Company,Four's a Crowd!

Although I wasn't happy with the focus, because I like razor sharp photos. I thought this photo was worth sharing. The White Squirrel was tired of sharing the deck covered in fallen bird seed, so he decided to push the other White Squirrel off the deck! He also scared off the Grey Squirrel who decided to climb up the pole, leaving only the Black Squirrel behind him!

You Don't See Me Up Here,You Will Keep on Walking

A White Squirrel trying to use an old Jedi mind trick. Haa haa haa! Not really, but I'm sure this one felt safe protected by all the branches and vines around. White Squirrels are more vulnerable to prey such as (foxes, coyotes, dogs, owls and hawks) because they stand out 3 season a year. But Winter snow makes them have the advantage.

I found this White Squirrel along the river. As soon as he saw me, he ran up this big willow tree with a walnut in his mouth. When he felt safe,he picked up his prize to begin cracking open the walnut shell.

Black Squirrel With Highlights

I thought this was an unusual find! This Black Squirrel had a white tipped tail. Maybe one of the parents was a white squirrel.
