Lunchtime on the 21st of December and I had just had breakfast before watching Portsmouth FC beat Coventry City in a lunchtime KO at Fratton Park. I have been very lucky this football season as a friend has been picking me up from from home and dropping me back at home after Portsmouth games at Fratton Park. We have also been having the lower level of hospitality too which is still really good with great food. Without this friend I could not go to the games. I know Portsmouth are not playing very well so far this season but I still enjoy watching my team, so I am very grateful. Play up Pompey

I stopped shaving for a few weeks basically since starting working from home during Covid-19 and then retiring I stopped shaving daily and the time between shaving gradually increased. Anyway a couple of days ago I got fed up with feeling untidy and scruffy so got the clippers out, but after I shared only two friends on Facebook thought I looked better shaved and around 30 or more said I should have kept the beard!? I of course cannot make my mind up about it!?

Sat out in the garden enjoying some beautiful warm October sunshine. Wearing a Portsmouth Football Club leisure T-shirt and my England Cricket bucket hat. Portsmouth are playing at home today but not able to go as usual due to health issues. When you are as handsome as me it's difficult to go outside with all those adoring hysterical women screaming at me 😂😂😂😂 It's good not to take yourself too seriously and to laugh at yourself

I have only seen 2 and a half games over the past few seasons and not at all this season yet. I have a couple of health problems that just make going to football difficult. Anyway I still love the club. Football / Soccer is the greatest team sport in the world and in the now distant past Portsmouth were a very good club and have been champions of England twice but sadly not in my life time.
