An unidentified but handsome Toadstool growing on Bucklebury Common.
Identification of this one is tricky. I believe it is The False Blusher (Amanita Rubescens) but it is easily confused with the deadly poisonous Panther Cap (Amanita Pantherina). One is edible and the other is fatal!

In this strange autumn, with the climate that seems to go crazy, a few days ago I found these mushrooms in a park in my city, as beautiful as they are poisonous.
Many thanks to everyone who will pass by visiting my shots. Comments are appreciated. You are welcome. Sergio

Amanita pantherina - Amanite panthère - Panther cap or False blusher - FRANCE - Bretagne
After all the rain, rain and yet more rain the forest floor is a soggy, mushy place for woodland walks today.
I've read these are a little uncommon and for sure these are the first I've seen in a long while. The sinister sister to Fly Agaric these are the Panther Caps and in my wee book listed as one of the most poisonous in the UK. They were nestled deep in the woods and I only had a few short minutes of a shaft of setting sunlight to grab a shot.
