Grasse is considered the world's capital of perfume.
L'església de Saint-Paul-Saint-François-Xavier, coneguda comunament com a Saint-Paul, és una església francesa del segle XVII situada al centre de la ciutat de Bordeus. Està classificada com a monument històric de desembre de 1997.
Al segle XVI, els jesuïtes s'instal·len a Burdeus. Sota la direcció del germà Mathurin Biziou, arquitecte, i gràcies a les donacions d'Olive de Lestonnac, propietària amb el seu germà de Château Margaux, l'església de Saint-Paul fou construïda entre 1661 i 1673. L'arquitectura és típica de l'estil barroc de la Contra-Reforma. De 45 metres de llarg per 19 metres d'amplada, amb voltes de doble arc, està decorat amb diverses capelles laterals, poc profundes però amples. Originàriament s'havia d'aixecar una cúpula a l'encreuament del transsepte i la nau; tanmateix, per manca de mitjans, no es va poder dur a terme.
