This sight never fails to take my breath away, no matter how many times I’ve seen it in my lifetime. There’s just something about Greece — where the sky and sea seem to melt into each other, stretching out forever in every shade of blue you can imagine, with a touch of white brushing across the sky. Nowhere else pulls off this kind of natural color combo quite like Greece. And honestly, no other flag in the world feels so perfectly tied to the land itself as the Greek flag.
The blue and white are Greece: the endless sky, the crystal Aegean, and the white cross you see mirrored in every chapel, every wave’s crest, every cloud floating by. Here, nature waves the flag long before you see it on a pole. There are not enough words in any language to express how I feel every time I see these images. 🇬🇷✨
As you may have clocked from my last picture, I am presently away on holiday in Greece. I appreciate there is nothing more annoying than other people's holiday photos!!!! I'm trying my best to bring something interesting to the party. You'll let me know if I fail.....
Anyway this is a beach salesman. While my family were in the sea I purchased the personal head umbella this gentleman is wearing.....I think I was his first sale of the day. He seemed quite happy!!! My family will disown me when they return!!!!!
You have a good day....
