This sight never fails to take my breath away, no matter how many times Iβve seen it in my lifetime. Thereβs just something about Greece β where the sky and sea seem to melt into each other, stretching out forever in every shade of blue you can imagine, with a touch of white brushing across the sky. Nowhere else pulls off this kind of natural color combo quite like Greece. And honestly, no other flag in the world feels so perfectly tied to the land itself as the Greek flag.
The blue and white are Greece: the endless sky, the crystal Aegean, and the white cross you see mirrored in every chapel, every waveβs crest, every cloud floating by. Here, nature waves the flag long before you see it on a pole. There are not enough words in any language to express how I feel every time I see these images. π¬π·β¨
