Brown waters, variously more-and-less turbid or poisoned, swirl together in repulsive diarrheal plumes: The local civic boosters probably don't want us looking at this.

There at the right is an abandoned Georgia-Pacific toilet paper and dinner napkin factory, which closed in 2023.
