The state railways of Slovakia purchased 53 Class 861 DMUs in 3 batches between 2011-2020, from which 16 units belong to the Humenné depot.

Great news for the commuters in the region; not so much for the one-off Brejlovec fans.

On this image one of said units is rolling over the viaduct of the Hrabovec stream, with an early morning Prešov - Humenné passenger train.
