Bubo bubo - An Eurasian Eagle Owl at Portmeirion on St David's Day - 1st March.
One of the largest species of owl.
This owl was aged 36, and the handler said they can live to about 60 in captivity.
The females can grow to a length of 75cm and a wingspan of 188 centimeters.
Their orange eyes are very distinctive.
