Meet Kwami, my 281st stranger. His style was eye catching and I of course had to ask him for a portrait. He kindly agreed and after chatting to him for a bit it became clear that he is to work in the fashion industry.
He was visiting London from Amsterdam and was hoping this time to to be able to take in more of the city this time as last time was for work.
I had to think quickly in terms of a suitable background and thought the black of the windows on the left would complement his looks and style.
Thanks Kwami for your time

Meet Dave, a semi retired furniture maker. He was chilling just of a side street within spitting distance of Columbia Road Flower Market.
He was taking his dog out for a walk and found the perfect spot for him as he doesn't love the crazy crowds of the bustling flower market. Dave loves it too as he has been coming here and enjoying people watching for 40 years.
We had a great chat and his parting advice was "Don't worry about AI"
Thanks Dave for your time and wise words.

At lunchtime I had just gone to Aperture to put into some film for developing and as I was returning back to work, I saw this location which I thought would be great from a lighting perspective.
Ismet, who works in a nearby barber, was on a quick break and was kind enough to agree to the portrait. As is the case often, what I intended to get and my final choice is somewhat different with the leading lines of the door and the wall giving a nice effect which was not apparent to me until I started taking a few snaps.
Thanks Ismet for allowing me to steal a bit of your breaktime.
