A heavily stripped 2202 sits inside the MPC at Dry Creek after being transferred by road from NSW on 27-6-24. The loco will most likely not see service again and is now stored outside.

Former Freightrail 81 class units now running with National Rail share the tracks with ASR unit 607 out the front of the Dry Creek Motive Power centre at Dry Creek on 27-7-1999. While all ASR units were serviced at the Motive Power Centre, National Rail contracted Clyde at the time to service thier Clyde built EMD powered locos
Originally built as SAR 830 class loco 864 entering service on 11-7-1963, the loco was shipped to Tasmania in about 1980 and returned to the mainland after Silverton purchased the loco in January 1990. In December 1990, it was transferred to Broken hill and renumbered ST30. On 21-11-1995, ST30 is stabled at the MPC while on hire to National Rail along with AN6 and C506
Renumbered to 534 from the original class leader 500 in the late 1980's, 534 is stored at the MPC on 25-4-1995.
It entered service on 1-6-1964. It was used on standard gauge ballast trains on the Radium Hill line in November 1964 until 1966 when it was transferred back to BG. In 1987 it was again transferred to SG and was later added with multiple unit to run together with 500 class loco 527 in the metro area. The loco was stored in April 1994 and scrapped in October 1997
