A charming boat adorned with lights rests on the rocky shore of Kalo Nero, capturing the beauty of nighttime in Greece.

The basic shape of these vans was already established back in 1955. In that year Tempo introduced the four-wheel Matador I and Wiking series with an oval shaped grille.
From 1965-1968 the company was taken over by Rheinstahl-Hanomag. Hanomag merged with Henschel in 1968.
In Spring 1967 these vans were introduced as Hanomag F-Series.
Finally since January 1971 Daimler Benz AG. became full owner of the Hanomag-Henschel-Fahrzeugwerke GmbH and appeared the Mercedes star on the grille.
Production of these models ended in 1978.
These vans were also known as Harburger Transporter while Tempo-Werk had moved to Hamburg-Harburg in 1937.
This series was replaced by the T1, also called TN or Bremer Transporter in 1977.
It looks like this 207 camper is a home-made one.

This camper is registered as M.R.D. 37Kw camper van. I don't know what this means. I think 37kw is connected to the engine type.
At the 1979 introduction only air-cooled petrol engines were available. In 1981 Diesel engines were added.
For model year 1982 water-cooled engines were introduced. (Air-cooled engines were still for sale till mid-1983). They featured an extra horizontal grille to house the cooling radiator.
Round headlights and bumpers with plastic end-caps were only used between 1979 and 1985.
The VW Transporter T3 replaced the 1967-1979 VW T2.
This third generation Transporter was developed by Gustav Meyer.
