Hormosira banksii (Neptune's necklace) on the rock platform, Sydney, 2016. Hormosira banksii is a type of seaweed. These specimens had been dislodged from their shallow water rock pool habitat during a storm.

These algae exposed in a shallow rock pool at The Caves, Bunurong National Park show how different forms of life survive in the intertidal zone. One is Hormosira - Neptune's Necklace brown algae, the other I don't know
