Some test shots with an interesting old camera I've been repairing and cleaning up over recent weeks - I'll post a shot of the camera in due course with some more info about it!
Taken from the rather derelict Marton railway Station in the Rangitikei district. A view of part of a Nestle factory opposite the station.

This is a group of young Wooly bird's nest fungi before the 'nest' looses its covering membrane at maturity. The cups, approximately 4-6mm (0.2in) in diameter initially form with a cover (as seen in the photo) which later breaks down to expose the contents ('eggs') as the fruiting body matures. The small, egg like structures about 1-1.5mm in diameter known as peridioles each contain millions of spores, and are dispersed by raindrops. Focus stacked in camera.
