Attack of the Killer Tulips! by Elie R./L.E. Photography

Attack of the Killer Tulips!

I missed the lovely tulips that I photographed last year at Brookside Gardens in my previous image(s) the "peppermint patch." The sleek feminine tulips I had once enjoyed in the sundial flower bed had been replaced with tulips that were also somewhat white and pink but looked almost….chewed. But after awhile I realized that in some ways, the funny tulips were more interesting to photograph than the picturesque "peppermint" tulips from last year. I hope these vicious tulips grow on you the way they way they have on me. :-)

P.S. I must give credit where credit is due - the title was inspired by David Thiel's "Undead Bloodsucking Orchids from Outer Space" series.
