Have been home growing some Pink Oyster Mushrooms and this is the first batch. Shot from the base of the growing bag using a light panel, also focus-stacked 4 images to ensure all the gills are sharp.

I bought Forest Origins pink oyster mushroom grow kit because I wanted to have tasty mushrooms to eat. We'll, these looked good but tasted like crap.
I don't know what species this is. I was not very successful growing these. They tasted terrible, so I didn't try growing any more.
