This Press report (Ross-shire Journal Mar 28 p.11) mentions concern about "a conflict of interest as the local authority has acquired the land and so has a strong reason to wish to see houses built on it".
It further reports lorries using a private drive "despite a planning condition to not use it." and concern that already "a large area has been stripped" under the guise "of archaeological survey".
