I'm not sure what the sawtoothed bit is about; perhaps it's for cutting through red tape. Or maybe for slicing the output of the EP into desired lengths, like that strip which never works on the aluminium foil box or the end of a Sellotap dispenser. Actually, I like that analogy, of the EP as a Sellotape dispenser. Something about the cumbersome fiddliness of it, combined with the annoying restrictiveness and the tendency to tangle itself up making something useful into something problematic and disturbing all that it touches.
Just think what it would look like when overcast.
I like the reflected open window below with the light leaking out.
Blasted tree. But the building does seem to have sections in a disconcerting variety of styles.
Yeah, ok, quoting silly bits of silly films probably isn't the best way of naming images of Europarl, but it's beginning to get a bit wearing now. And anyway, the place could do with some petrifying flying monkeys to liven it up a bit.
