Delivered new in 1953 to the RAF as XD440, the aircraft was subsequently sold to the Swiss Air force as U-1238 before again being sold to Sweden.

LN-WND, Douglas DC-3 (CN 11750) of the Dakota Norway Foundation seen at an airshow at Göteborg Säve Airport. First delivered to the USAAF in 1943 as 42-688823, the aircraft joined Finnair in 1948 as OH-LCG before joining the Finnish Air Force as DO-9 in 1969. Subsequently purchased by Dakota Norway Foundation in 1985 who restored it to it's current configuration. Behind is Saab Draken 35556 of the Swedish Air Force Historic Flight and Säve Airport's distinctive control tower.
