The collegiate church of Santa María del Campo (A Coruña) – Spain, a Romanesque construction begun in the 12th century, has three doorways, all of them with a tympanum. This small door corresponds to the north side, where we see archivolts and columns with capitals, as well as two mochettes on both sides of its entrance.
According to experts, the tympanum represents Saint Catherine of Alexandria, martyred with four nailed wheels, an angel preventing martyrdom, an emperor, a devil, a flower and a dove that fed her in prison.
