This mural is from the cover of Steffan Kverneland's comic book about the life of Edvard Munch. There are two more end walls in the neighbourhood decorated with the work of other comic book artists. Painter/decorator Monica Tollnes took on the difficult job of transferring Steffan's watercolour original to the 200 m² wall.

On the picture three of Edvard Munch’s most famous paintings are displayed: The Scream/Skrik (1910?), Anxiety/Angst (1894) and Despair/Fortvilelse (1894). A further image of The Scream in the comment field.
Edvard Munch (1863–1944) is probably Norway's most famous painter. The Scream is Munch's most famous work and one of the most recognizable paintings in all art.
