i observed this individual sleeping in full sunlight, in a full stretch-out; she must have felt very safe.

my girlfriend and i went to try out a new mountain range, the In-Ko-Pahs. on our first visit we saw two southwestern speckled rattlesnakes, two gopher snakes, and a rosy boa.

we saw this one earlier in the morning, then went back to check on it a little bit later and found it in the same spot.
