Bobov Dol Thermal Power Plant near the village of Dolemo Selo, Western Bulgaria. It is a coal-fired power plant situated in the lands of the village Golemo Selo 16 km from the town of Bobov Dol, Bulgaria. The plant is based on the Bobov Dol coal mines and has an installed capacity of 630 MW. The National Electric Company intends to sell the power plant. One of the investors has proposed to add 2 new turbines to the 3 existing ones. Its chimney is 200 metres tall.

A Porcheville-i hőerőmű Franciaországban - az erőmű a folyón a tengerről érkező nehéz tüzelőanyaggal működik. A vonatból készített képek 2013. októberében.

La centrale thermique de Porcheville est une centrale électrique, alimentée par du fioul lourd, venant du Havre par bateau, exploitée par EDF, et construite après la Seconde Guerre mondiale à Porcheville, dans les Yvelines (France) en bordure de la Seine. La centrale de Porcheville comprend quatre générateurs d’une puissance de 600 mégawatts chacun. Elle emploie environ 240 salariés et 100 sous-traitants. Les deux cheminées de la centrale thermique de Porcheville ont une hauteur de 220 mètres pour évacuer leurs fumées largement au-dessus de la falaise de 70m faisant face au site sur la rive gauche de la Seine.

Az aradot elkerülő út szombat délelőtt nyugodtabb volt - péntek este dugóba kerültünk itt és csak 40 perc múlva fordultunk vissza, hogy a városon keresztül aztán hamarabb érjük ki a dévai útra.

Az aradot elkerülő út szombat délelőtt nyugodtabb volt - péntek este dugóba kerültünk itt és csak 40 perc múlva fordultunk vissza, hogy a városon keresztül aztán hamarabb érjük ki a dévai útra.

We got into a traffic jam on the bypass around the city of Arad in Romania, stood there for 40 minutes before we turned around and drove through the city and got through sooner - others behind us reported a 2-hour jam, quite regular on this section of the busy road.

Az Aradot elkerülő úton dugóba kerültünk és csak 40 perc múlva fordultunk vissza, hogy a városon keresztül aztán hamarabb érjük ki a dévai útra. Egy utánunk érkező csoport két órát állt itt, az állítólag rendszeres dugóban ezen a roppant forgalmas úton.

Pénteken reggel elmentem az öltönyömért Boros úrhoz, egyúttal elvittem a fényképezőgépem, hogy megörökítsem a 100 éves műhely és üzlet berendezéseit... Az öreg mester 70 évesen még teljes munkaidőben viszi a nagyapja által indított boltot, de nyilván már nem sokáig.

Egy régi vaskályha, rajta a régi, nehéz vasalók, melyeket itt melegítettek fel a vasaláshoz, majd egy kiakasztható nyelet illesztettek hozzájuk vasaláshoz. / An old iron oven with ironing irons on the top - they put them there to heat them up, before using with a removable handle.

Friday morning I went to pick up my suit from the drycleaner and took my camera with me. I wanted to document the old equipment in this 100 year old shop in an old house in Hodmezovasarhely, Hungary - the shop was started by the grandfather of the current owner, who is also 70 years old and may not continue this business for long.
