De oorlog te vooroordelen, niet toe te geven aan angst, de leugen en het geweld te weerstaan, anderen te ondersteunen.

De laatste woorden, dat is meer dan een politieke verklaring, meer dan een getuigenis van persoonlijke moed. Juist zij schetsen een indringend portret van een tijdperk.

De bundel "Niet de laatste woorden" is een stem van vrije mensen in een onvrij land, ons medicijn tegen de angst, dat ons hoop op genezing geeft.

Darius Kellner spreekt beter Klingon dan Farsi en weet meer over de Hobbit-cultuur dan over de Perzische. Hij mag dan wel een halve Iraniër zijn, met zijn Perzische wortels heeft hij maar weinig - tot hij voor het eerst naar zijn Echte Iraanse familie afreist.
