Monolingual french Cover for South American & Far East Lines, edited by Air France Paris (from the Air Orient "Tango" Model).
Bears the hand-writed Mention "expéditeur averti/remise tardive" (Sender forewarned: belated Delivery).
The Mail took 4 days to Marseilles and 2 weeks more to reach its Destination in Vietnam.
Because it arrived in Marseilles a Friday, instead of a Wednesday or Thursday, the Plane had left, and it was transported by Boat from Marseilles to Thaï-Binh.
We can also notice that the Addressee was "Inspecteur à la Garde Indigène" (Indigenous Guard Inspector).
