While the famous Iamsterdam sign will be banned from the Museumplein, there is a Iamsterdam tram in the city promoting several tourist attractions in the city. More attactions to check out (like in checking out when leaving the tram or bus).
This Siemens Combino 2093 was delivered to the GVB on 30/07/2003 and first put into service on 02/09/2003 on line 25.

About 150 meters and this tram reached it's terminal station at Centraal Station. The destination display already shows the return destination. This tram 2021 is equipped with LED headlights as a test. Not sure if all other Combino trams will follow or not.
This tram (2021) has been delivered to the GVB on 14/06/2002 and first put into service on 11/07/2002 on line 7.

Een 'eierkoek' te ver en de vrachtwagen blokkeerde de semi vrije baan voor de tram.
Small bun like discs were supposed to indicate a separation between tram tracks and other traffic, however these discs were ineffective and basically ignored.
