A difficult choice for our 3D printed bus/coach driver… go with the old school Interurban coach, the single decker in classic Stagecoach stripes. Or go modern, and board the sleek and streamlined double decker, wearing the all yellow “long distance” livery?
Stagecoach West Scotland, or Western Buses Ltd registered at Sandgate, Ayr in 1:76 scale (OO gauge) diecast form.
Wearing the stripes is R119 OPS, a Plaxton Premiere coach. It displays service X36 Glasgow via Garnock Valley. The real 119 was new to Western in 1997, went on to be repainted to Citylink livery and withdrawn in 2012.
The double decker coach is YX18 LKO, a Plaxton Panorama. It displays service X76 for Kilmarnock from Glasgow Buchanan Bus Station.
Plaxton Premiere R119OPS - Corgi OOC Diecast.
Plaxton Panorama YX18LKO - Holland Oto, commissioned by Buckie Model Centre.
