Again, Rachel by Marian Keyes
Back in the long-ago nineties, Rachel Walsh was a mess.
But a spell in rehab transformed everything. Life became very good, very quickly. These days, Rachel has love, family, a great job as an addiction counsellor – she even gardens. Her only bad habit is a fondness for expensive trainers.
But with the sudden reappearance of a man she’d once loved, her life wobbles. She'd thought she was settled. Fixed forever. Is she about to discover that no matter what our age, everything can change?
Is it time to think again, Rachel?
....from Wobbles... it's been an exhausting week..time to relax! 💛

Miss Gabrielle Ray
Gabrielle Ray was an English stage actress, dancer and singer, best known for her roles in Edwardian musical comedies.
She was considered one of the most beautiful actresses on the London stage, and became one of the most photographed women in the world.
-- Gabrielle Ray - The Early Years
Gabrielle was born Gabrielle Elizabeth Clifford Cook in Cheadle on Saturday the 28th. April 1883, the 4th. child of a prosperous iron merchant.
She first appeared on London's West End at the age of 10 in the role of Eveleen in a play called 'Miami' at the Royal Princess's Theatre.
At the Richmond Theatre from 1893, she played Cupid in 'Little Red Riding Hood', Adrienne in 'Proof', and Cissie in 'The Silver King', among other plays and pantomimes.
In 1907, Gabrielle played Frou Frou in 'The Merry Widow', which ran for 778 performances at Daly's Theatre. Her dance number, complete with handstands and high kicks, all performed on a table at Maxim's held head-high by four men, was a show-stopper.
-- Gabrielle Ray - The Later Years
She finally left the stage in 1924, after which she struggled with depression and alcohol abuse. In 1936, Gabrielle suffered a mental breakdown, and was institutionalised for nearly 40 years.
