Haidian Theater (Huang Wei, Hu Yumei / Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, 2003). A retail/entertainment project, conceived as a collage of big chunky volumes with a grab-bag of cladding techniques. Maybe someone took inspiration from OMA's work of the early 1990s.

Sinosteel Plaza (architect and date unknown). Those chairs at the center, presumably belonging to the Banana Leaf restaurant, really highlight the human scale. Note ground-level skylights, in foreground.
Zhongguancun SOHO (Obermeyer, ca. 2006-2008). This one seems to have been acquired by SOHO during the development process and redesigned, rather than beginning from scratch as one of their projects. The curtain wall is certainly well-detailed, but at least in this shot, a lot of the character is quietly coming from the handful of maladjusted Venetian blinds.
