Jūje-kabāb (Persian: جوجهکباب) consists of pieces of chicken first marinated in minced onion and lemon juice with saffron then grilled over a fire. It is sometimes served with grilled tomato and pepper. Jujeh kabab is one of the most popular Persian dishes.
Joojeh kebab is a popular dish in Iran. It is a main dish at weddings, or dinner parties, known in Persian as "mehmoonis." Joojeh kebab is usually eaten with rice, which is a main staple in the Persian diet.

This delicious chicken dish was prepared outdoors over hot coals by the capable cook of an exploration camp in a high desert area 500 km to the east of Tehran, Iran. It was served with greens, bread (naan), yoghurt(maast)and sumac (red spice in bottle). In Iranian (Persian and Kurdish) cuisine, sumac is added to rice or kebab.

The fence?.....well this is hight upon a cliff and 10-15 meters down (30 ft or so) with rocks below so I felt safe with the fence!

The Kings Garden in the centre of Stockholm is fantastic at this time of the year, alleys of japanese cherrytrees are blooming.
On my visit here today there were almost the same amount of photographers as the small beautiful flowers on the trees...hehe !

While exploring the fishing village of Barra da Lagoa, SC, we enjoyed watching a popular method of fishing called net casting. In the last image below, you can see three other fishermen waiting patiently for the right moment to cast their nets.

A cast net, also called a throw net, is a net used for fishing. It is a circular net with small weights distributed around its edge.
The net is cast or thrown by hand in such a manner that it spreads out on the water and sinks. This technique is called net casting or net throwing. Fish are caught as the net is hauled back in.[1] This simple device has been in use, with various modifications, for thousands of years.
[...] Standard nets for recreational fishing have a four foot hoop. Weights are usually distributed around the edge at about one pound per foot (1.5 kilograms per metre). Attached to the net is a landline, one end of which is held in the hand as the net is thrown. When the net is full, a retrieval clamp, which works like a wringer on a mop, closes the net around the fish. The net is then retrieved by pulling on the landline. The net is lifted into a bucket and the clamp is released, dumping the caught fish into the bucket.[2]
