Photographed in Crowle, Lincolnshire is the Fife liveried Enviro 400 19064 which was a regular performer on this route.
It was transfered to Scunthorpe in October 2024 and saw active service here from December that year until early June '25 when it succumbed to a failure in Ashby.
Whilst waiting for the No 1 to the steelworks at Scunthorpe bus station this morning, I happened across this and wondered if I was in the right place.

Taken at the final open day for 2021 at the Bridgeton Depot of Glasgow Vintage Vehicle Trust, Stagecoach brought Fife-liveried ADL Enviro 400/Dennis Trident 2 MX56FSS (19064) to the show.
This Enviro 400 operated by Stagecoach East Scotland on Fife routes has been turned out in a heritage livery to commemorate the W. Alexander and Sons empire being split into three separate companies by the Scottish Bus Group in 1961. The new KIrkcaldy based subsidiary, W. Alexander and Sons (Fife) Ltd, adopted a livery of Ayres red and cream and the fleetname Fife in this attractive style.
