1928 funnylooking.

Funnylooking in a good way, I mean. I am always worried that somebody is going to decide to put some kind of artwork or advertisement on this.

A tall '28 in red bricks in Philadelphia.

We wish we could have time-travel experiences of looking out over the city from windows of apartments on its upper floors, at various times during different decades of the building's early existence, and bringing back high-quality color digital photos, showing "the north-facing view of a twentieth-floor resident in 1934," "the east-facing view of an 18th-floor resident in 1952," etc etc etc etc etc.

Haha that penthouse.

The year 1928 in the form of an aptbldg in light gray paint, with a fire escape on its front.

"The late 1920s in Los Angeles," I whispered excitedly as I took pictures, but I quickly shook myself out of that: "The ornamentation is too high up to enjoy," I spat, and I did a chin flick at the building and walked away.

Extremely urban residences of these Fort Wayne urbanites: a massive seven-story aptbldg from 1928.

This is the Chelsea Hotel of Fort Wayne or something, my goodness I felt like I was in a much, much larger city than Fort Wayne is, and those green tiles, and those limestone stringcourses.
