1957 huge windows for a baking hot lobby in North Carolina.

Huge south-facing windows to bring the heat. Orange-faced sweating and panting emoji.

The dumpster fence is adorably situated.

Uninspiring sculpture!, among a vast expanse of 1980s brick veneer.

My apologies to the sculptor(s) if they poured their heart(s) and soul(s) into this. Its placement here seems desultory and cynical, as though the building owner would get a break on their property taxes if they installed a public art.

You'll bleat with nostalgia for 1992, your glory days, when you see this tower of brick veneer erected that year. by Tim Kiser

You'll bleat with nostalgia for 1992, your glory days, when you see this tower of brick veneer erected that year.

This is a parking ramp built in 1992, but the design — red brick veneer with horizontal stripes of brown brick veneer — was also applied to public schools and apartment buildings and retail stores built in 1992. I have seen this personally many times.

Is that your 2016 Volvo XC60 .
