Having summitted Càrn Mòr Dearg I walk out onto the dangerously inviting arête, which is, in fact, a lot more deadly than it might look like at first hand.
The man who walked past me I found here again, though not on the arête itself - he had fallen a couple of hundreds of metres down the very steep slopes, and was unresponsive.
I stayed at the spot for a while and called Mountain Rescue, but the clouds full of rain came rolling in and I decided to turn around, lest I need saving myself.
The mountain is harsh and unforgiving for those who do not know how to climb it.
