Aristo Flieger 5H68Ti Lume

The German brother of the German Marc & Sons flieger.
Probably Superluminova C3 lume.
Movement: ETA 2824-2

Aristo’s history began in 1907 when watchmaker Julius Epple founded a company that has been producing Aristo-Watches for three generations. The year 1998 is the year of the comeback for ARISTO as Helmut Epple; the grandson of the founder Julius Epple, found a replacement named Hansjörg Vollmer and new perspectives opened up for this traditional brand. Millions of Aristo watches were produced between 1907 and 1992, on some days up to 3000 pieces left the factory in Pforzheim.

Hansjörg Vollmer followed a different vision: "We want to build Aristo up as an internationally renowned brand but this is not possible if we follow mass production, instead we should focus on quality over quantity.

With the passion of succeeding the family's watchmaking business and the impulse of creating something which can really represent the brand itself, Mr. Hansjörg Vollmer has devoted himself for years in developing his own caliber movement, the "ARISTOMATIC", the new self-developed automatic movement by Aristo.
ARISTOMATIC" is outfitted with an Inca bloc shock protection system and 26 jewels, such gorgeous achievement is the best proof to the trade that Mr. Hansjörg Vollmer maintains the traditional German watchmaking perfectly by continuing the development of the company's strength on manufacturing techniques, and injecting the spirit of striving perfection and uniqueness.

This image was processed first in Artisto on my phone (cinnamon filter - my favorite, which yields a warm cast), then Dreamscope with Australian Aboriginal art.

Camellia Textures 2

Took "Camellia Textures 1" (see previous post) and applied a white vignette, feathered to leave the blossom part alone. I can't decide which version I like better.

Just a little processing:

I started with Artisto Cinnamon, and a separate processing with Artisto #GazgolderLive, later blending the two in Photoshop (I find the Pin Light filter to be very effective with Gazgolder as the top layer).

Then I ran it through Topaz Clean with a custom filter.

I then processed it with AKVIS Sketch in a modified version of the Default Classic setting.

Back in Photoshop, I created a layer to isolate the blossom from the background. I reduced the contrast to the blossom, and re-balanced the color to close to the original (Cinnamon warmed it). I took the background layer and first desaturated it, then applied a couple of colored filters to give it a cool tint, and then neutralized the contrast.
