Bangor Railway Station in County Down gives us an opportunity for a day at the seaside. The summer here may have been rubbish but a spin on the train with the steam flying overhead, the smuts coming in the open window and the anticipation of a day of sun, sea, sand and convivial company will remove the bad memories!

Here in this photograph we have this Lloyds Coaches Optare M890 Solo SR registered YJ14BCV here we see the vehicle sitting outside Bangor Railway Station after just arriving with the 15:40 T2 Service from Aberystwyth and laying over for a sixty minute break before departing on the 20:15 T2 Service to Machynlleth. This vehicle was new to Lloyds Coaches in April 2014.
