KWA 31W is a Leyland National 2 NL116L11/1R which was new in 1980 as South Yorkshire PTE 31. It was later transferred to Compass Bus, Wakefield to run in competition with West Riding. West Riding subsequently acquired the Compass operation and KWA 31W was retained as fleet no. 245.
It later returned to Sheffield as no. 2031 in the fleet of Sheffield Omnibus.
Andrews Sheffield Omnibus 2501 consists of a lengthened Leyland Atlantean chassis which was fitted with a new East Lancs Sprint single-deck body in 1992 whilst with Sheffield Omnibus. The chassis, new in 1976, is an AN68A/1R originally fitted with a Northern Counties double-deck body and registered LJA 645P as Greater Manchester PTE 7645. It later ran for Hyndburn Transport as fleet no. 134 before acquisition by Sheffield Omnibus.
It would later pass to Lincolnshire Road Car as no. 251.
Andrews Sheffield Omnibus 2023 is a Leyland National 2 NL116L11/1R. It was new in 1980 as Alexander Midland MPN23, passing to Kelvin Scottish in 1985. Subsequent operators included Trimdon Motor Services; Yelloway, Rochdale and Airebus, Leeds before acquisition by West Riding) in 1989. It was allocated to the Compass subsidiary (no. 241) until 1991 when it joined the main fleet. It was acquired by Basichour (Sheffield Omnibus (no. 2023) in 1993 and passed to Andrews in 1995.
Sheffield Omnibus 2208 is a Volvo B6 with Alexander Dash bodywork, one of eight which entered service in January 1995.
After passing to Traction Group, it received Yorkshire Terrier livery and eventually became Stagecoach Yorkshire 30228.
It later passed to Bishop (DB Travel), Clydebank and City Sprinter, Glasgow.
Yorkshire Terrier 2091 is loading in Crystal Peaks Bus Station. It is a Gardner-engined Leyland National 2 NL116HLXCT/1R which was new in 1984 as Potteries 304. It passed to Hatton (Nip-On), St Helens in the early 90s and was later acquired by Sheffield Omnibus (no. 2091) before transfer to the Terrier fleet.
Stevenson's XRF 26S is a mobile advert for the products of Ind Coope's brewery. It is a Leyland Atlantean AN68A/1R with East Lancs bodywork which was new in 1978 as East Staffordshire District Council 26. It came to Stevensons with the acquisition of the ESDC bus operation in November 1985.
It later spent some time with Liverline in Liverpool before passing to Sheffield Omnibus in 1992. In December 1993 Sheffield Omnibus had the body removed, lengthened the chassis, and had it rebodied with a new single deck East Lancs Sprint body. Passing to the Traction Group, it subsequently became Lincolnshire Road Car 252.
Painted in a version of Lincoln City Transport livery to commemorate a century of public transport in the city, Road Car 653 is leaving the bus station. It is a Leyland Olympian ON2R50C13Z4 with Alexander RH bodywork, New to Basichour (Sheffield Omnibus), Sheffield (no. 1603) in September 1993. After Sheffield Omnibus joined the Traction Group, it switched to Andrews, and was transferred to Road Car in 2000.
It subsequently became Stagecoach 14993, before passing to GHA Coaches, Ruabon.
Road Car 654 is leaving Lincoln City bus station. It is a Leyland Olympian ON2R50C13Z4 with Alexander RH bodywork, new to Basichour (Sheffield Omnibus), Sheffield (no. 1604) in September 1993. After Sheffield Omnibus joined the Traction Group, it switched to Andrews, and was transferred to Road Car in 2000.
It later became Stagecoach 14994 before passing to RH Buses, Finstock. It subsequently ran for York Pullman, York and later became a non-p.s.v. known as Bob The Box Office Bus.
Stevenson's 94 is a Leyland Atlantean AN68A/1R with East Lancs bodywork. It was new to East Staffordshire District Council (no. 24) in 1978. It came to Stevensons with the takeover of the ESDC operation in October 1985.
Subsequent operators included Liverline, Aintree (no. 57) and Basichour (Sheffield Omnibus) (no. 1024).

On the left 746 is an AN68A/2R with Alexander AL bodywork, new in 1980 as Preston Corporation 146 and acquired by Road Car in 1995.
On the right, 707 is an AN68A/2R with East Lancs bodywork, new in 1979 as Lancaster City Transport 207. It passed to Sheffield Omnibus (no. 1307) in 1992 and after Sheffield Omnibus was acquired by Traction Group it was transferred to Barnsley & District (no. 300). It moved to Road Car in 1995.
Road Car 710 has just left Scunthorpe Bus Station. It is a Leyland Atlantean AN68A/2R with East Lancs bodywork, new in 1980 as Lancaster City Transport 210. It was later acquired by Basichour (Sheffield Omnibus) as fleet no. 1410. After Traction Group acquired Sheffield Omnibus, it was transferred to Road Car.
