From one of my last shoots with Parmida. We separated but have since reconnected following her studies in university. She expressed an interest in getting in front of my camera once more and naturally I smiled and said "Anytime you're ready". Twenty-twenty six looks to be an exciting year.

Lilly at South Pointe Park Beach in Miami, Florida, USA. My first and only modelshoot on South Point Beach. There are other beaches in Miami I prefer to shoot in. But I was invited to take part in this early morning shoot - who am I to say no.
Mallikuvaus. Muotokuvaus studiossa Fashion is cyclical — and in this editorial image for MODA magazine, the past takes center stage with unapologetic elegance and bold minimalism. Captured by Kuvaajankulma, an independent photographer based in Lappeenranta, this image is a celebration of retro fashion aesthetics reimagined for the modern lens. Set in a controlled studio environment, the photograph channels the mood of classic fashion editorials from the '70s and '80s, yet remains distinctly contemporary with its styling, color palette, and composition.
The model’s confident expression, V-neck outfit, layered jewelry, and blue-toned backdrop blend into a visual statement that evokes timeless glam and artistic intent. Post-processing was done with care to mimic retro magazine cover techniques — from subtle grain textures to layered type styling. This edition of MODA imagines what style could look like when nostalgia meets modern vision in a photographic frame.
This project reflects not only fashion photography but a broader exploration into editorial design and magazine aesthetics in the digital era. It is one of many visual narratives being crafted by Kuvaajankulma, a photographer whose work bridges professional technique with a personal creative approach.
