Located off the California Junction Trail, an abandoned trolly line, at the Cincinnati east end. The color caught my eye though it was covered with leaves.
An entire fallen tree covered with Laetiporous Sulphureus. We hiked another mile and a half and never saw another Chicken Mushroom. Located at the California Woods Nature Preserve in Cincinnati, Ohio.

The huge tree beyond the bridge has been cleared off the trail that was once part of a streetcar line. One of Cincinnati's best parks.
