This kitten is one of a litter of 4 born in mid-may of 2014 [two males..two females];at the Minnesota Zoo - Apple Valley, Minnesota. I'm told that 4 is an exceptionally large litter size for Canadian lynx in general. The mom of these particular kittens had a litter of 2 the last time she gave birth a couple years ago.
