Looking at and thinking about the windows and the cigarette disposal, I figure this building is more appealing to look at than it would be to live in. Which is fine with me; I do not live here. I like the snaking brown downspout.

The vertical stripes of protrusions were intended to provide visual "resting places" as your eyes scan the large expanse of façade.

The awning or canopy extends out past the sidewalk; this will be useful for keeping your VIPs out of the rain when you're dropping them off here.

There's a halo of soot on the wall adjacent to the cigarette receptacle's insertion hole.
